Dr Matthew How

Dr Matthew How is a General Paediatrician who holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Monash University and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP).  He has broad experience having trained predominantly at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Sydney, before returning to Melbourne to complete advanced training in general paediatrics.  He is a member of the Neurodevelopmental and Behavioural Paediatric Society of Australia (NBPSA) and he is undertaking further training in child and adolescent psychiatry.  

Dr Matt enjoys seeing newborns, children and teenagers and is happy to help with any issue related to health, development, learning and behaviour.  He strives to provide excellent care for your child.  Bringing clear communication and a gentle and empathic approach, his goal is to ensure that families are supported and empowered in their health journey. 

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his young family, playing music and working on his shoddy backhand on the tennis court.
